My name is Lauren, and I am a pastry artist that creates luxury desserts just for you. I specialize in making flavorful "Glam" Cakes, macarons and number/letter cakes (available in a sable cookie base or cake base).

The buttercream I make is special all on its own. If you haven't tried it yet, I make an Italian meringue buttercream. It is light, fluffy and less sweet than traditional American buttercream you may be used to.

The ingredients and techniques that I use are high quality and intricate which makes for the unique flavors and products that I offer. Everything is made from scratch and to order so it is always fresh.
